Purchases Made Easy With Checking Account Funds

Make shopping easier with Twin Valley Bank debit card. Our debit card looks like a credit card but works like a check. You can use it to make purchases at any merchant that accepts Mastercard. When you make a purchase with your debit card, the amount of the purchase will automatically be deducted from your Twin Valley Bank checking account. You will see all account activity online or on your monthly statement.

Important Notice to Debit Card Holders 

Due to recent fraud trends, Twin Valley Bank has implemented additional settings to help protect your account from fraudulent activity.  These settings will require you to use your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for certain transactions both in the U.S. and abroad.  It’s a security feature that protects you and the bank from fraud loss.  While this may only be required on certain transactions, we encourage you to use your PIN whenever possible.  PIN based transactions are less susceptible to fraud than signature based due to the added security.  If you do not know your PIN, please contact a customer service representative at 937-839-4628.

We are continually monitoring fraud trends, which could result in frequent changes and updates to the list of transactions effected.  If you are planning to travel it is best to notify us beforehand to see if your destination is listed.  In addition, Twin Valley Bank has enhanced Fraud Security Protection on our Debit Card Program. When High-probability Fraud transactions occur, both your card and transaction may be blocked. Due to this increased security it is important to provide Twin Valley Bank with updated contact information.
